Red Teaming
An objective-based adversary simulation across technology, people, and physical controls — testing not just whether you can be breached, but whether your blue team detects and responds.
Red teaming starts from an objective, not a target list. We emulate the tradecraft of a relevant threat actor to reach that objective, staying deliberately quiet to test your detection and response. The value is in the debrief: a shared timeline of what happened versus what your SOC saw, and a prioritised set of detections to close the gaps.
Best run once you have already addressed the findings from a penetration test — red teaming is about resilience, not first-pass vulnerability discovery.
What you get
- Agreed objectives (e.g. access to a crown-jewel system or data set)
- Multi-vector campaign: external, phishing, and optionally physical or assumed-breach
- Detection timeline: what your controls caught, missed, and when
- Attack narrative with the full kill chain and evidence
- Purple-team workshop to turn gaps into detection rules
Outcomes
- A realistic test of people, process, and technology together
- Concrete detection and response improvements, not just prevention findings
- Executive confidence — or a wake-up call — grounded in evidence
